Thank you for shopping with Magicland Yarn! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please contact us!
Returns
- We accept returns of items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns can be made for either store credit or a refund, minus the cost of return shipping.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when they were shipped to you.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact us at magiclandyarn@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Once authorized, please carefully pack your items and ship them back to us. Unless there is an issue with your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Problems with Your Order
If there are any issues with your order—whether it's before or after the 30-day return window—please don't hesitate to contact us. We’re committed to resolving any problems and ensuring you’re happy with your experience. We will work with you to resolve any concerns you may have, including exchanges, missing items, or defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. However, if you would like to exchange your item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
